PY-19TD is easy to use, just plug & play, safe & reliable dual relay output temperature controller. Overview

PY-19TD is designed with dual relay and dual output, socket 1 can be used to easily control single heating or cooling device, socket 2 can used to control recycle pump via set temperature difference. It's equipped with dual temperature sensors, be able to set ON and OFF point for each output.It has dual LED display for sensor 1 current temperature and temperature difference. With large output power 1200W(110V) / 2200W(220V), it's suitable for various applications.

Functions

  1. [socket1] Heating Mode: if ON Temperature < OFF Temperature, it is on Heating Mode, socket1 power on when current Temperature <= ON Temperature, power off when current Temperature >= OFF Temperature;
    For example: set socket1 ON Temperature as 35°C, OFF Temperature as 50°C, socket1 will power on when current temperature <= 35°C, and power off when current temperature reaches 50°C.
  2. [socket1] Cooling Mode: if ON Temperature > OFF Temperature, it is on Cooling Mode, socket1 power on when current Temperature >= ON Temperature, power off when current Temperature <= OFF Temperature;
    For example: set socket1 ON Temperature as 30°C, OFF Temperature as 20°C, socket1 will power on when current temperature >= 30°C, and power off when current temperature reaches 20°C.
  3. [socket2] Power ON-OFF for recycle pump when current temperature difference(between 2 sensors) is above power-ON setpoint, socket 2 will power on, when current temperature difference is below power-OFF setpoint, socket2 will power off. power-ON setpoint and power-OFF setpoint for each output could be set to different value, but power-ON setpoint must be greater than  power-OFF setpoint;
  4. Manual Switch ON-OFF: when not reach setpoint, can manual switch on-off power via INCREASE key(socket1) and DECREASE key (socket2);
